We spent the day in Gordonton at the beautiful venue Woodlands Historic Homestead for Julia and Elroi's amazing wedding. Everything was just planned to perfection. It was really nice how Julia and her bridesmaids had the use of the rooms upstairs in the homestead to get ready. I can't rave enough about Woodlands, the property is just massive, and there are so many areas for photos. Its a photographers paradise. Family and friends were a hoot to hang out with (especially the bridal party - crazy bunch of fun people haha). The gorgeous flowers were made by Julia's talented cousin Sally from Bloomin Flowers including a gorgeous flower wreath EJ the flower girl is seen wearing. Julia's beautiful gown was made by a family friend Sue (sorry ladies, she only makes a couple a year), Sue and Julia's mum worked on the bridesmaids dresses together. So talented! Rachel Fisher did the make up and Rebecca at Mint Bridal Hair Design is the artist behind the hair. x
Here is their highlights video from Milon, I love videos! Photos and videos just go hand in hand. I love reliving weddings, and for the Julia and Elroi it would be even more magical.
